The evidence that you've collected for your brother is more than sufficient, especially since he's a minor.

I would send that evidence as it is.

Try not to send too many of something where it makes more complicated, just sent enough and strongest proof you have. This advise was given to me by lawyer, I went to office with over 200 pages and he only used 65 of good pages returned me all others, I got my case approved without any problem.

Edit: You can always send in more proof if they required.

You seem to have a lot of evidence. Reduce it.

Here what I would do:

1) Since you have too many of bank records, I would go to bank and ask them to write you statements saying you have active bank account from beginning date to current date, make sure they do stamp and sign it to make it official. If you do this then just send 3 or 4 monthly statement for each year to back your official later from bank.

2) Do the same thing with your high school, send in records for each semester and high school diploma would be enough. Don't send in way too many awards or weekly or monthly reports to keep it simple. You can always send in big achievements but not small classroom activities.

3) Do send in May-Jun 2012 bank statement to prove your presence along with any proofs for Jun 2012 you have. Keep in mind June 2012 is most important to cover to prove your presence so send in anything near dates proofs.

4) You have enough proofs so just make sure your not sending anything that you may miss represent your info such as claiming citizen on rent agreement or college application?. If you did then I would suggest you to omit every single document that related to it.

5) US Arrival dates: make sure you send in proofs from the date your claiming to be arrived in US not only from 2007. So be careful on arrival date since they required all the proofs since you arrived.

6) Don't send anything using of fake SS # or anything.

This is all I can think of, please take this as personal advise only.
