hunting riffles and hand guns

Wondering if anybody here has been able to purchase a hunting rifle or hand gun with daca work permit? I recently went to big 5 and wanted to get a hunting rifle i have my hunting license and not a conicted felon i paid for it on friday and they told me to wait ten days so i can pick up riffle i got a call today from store manager she told me that department of justice in califonia denied me for the rifle has anybody bought one thats a daca approved applicant

Need to be a Citizen or Resident to own arms.


also now the FBI knows you tried to purchased a gun.

What does that mean

Well you could get a nasty interview question if USCIS ever decide to interview you....

Only Legal Residents and USC can own guns AND hold on to them you best be careful not to be caught with one

DACA gives you lawful presence, but it does not give you legal status. I hope for your sake you didn't answer 'no' to question 11.k on the ATF form 4473 that you filled out at the store, because you're still 'illegal'. If your answer was no the Feds can choose to prosecute you for making a false statement, which is a felony.

Stay the fudge away from guns until you have a green card.
