I am approved from DACA, got married to US citizen..

I have a few questions since we not seeking help with a lawyer due to EXPENSIVE fees.

YES, I came with VISA entered WITH INSPECTION.

Yes, I filed out with my spouse the I-130 & I-485...

now my husband isn't working but has in the past, we can provide last THREE taxes. I am working but I haven't hit my SIX months yet but I still need an affidavit regardless so I wont become a public charge. My cousin ( single mom) is willing to help but I have questions:

what are the things my cousin will need to provide to be affidavit?
And do we feel it out and go get it notarized?
is it necessary for it be notarized??

Your cousin will need to provide:

Proof of her Status (copy of LPR card, US passport)
letter of Employment (states length of employment and salary)
3 years of taxes
6 months of paystubs

And no clue what youre talking about when you say get it notarized... you dont need anything notarized thats what the I864 is for.. If youre not going to use an attorney do more research and understand the process better before you send it out.

Another option you have is to go to catholic charities, they are not as expensive as lawyers, but they will help you.

What? are you talking about a consular ID? If so, its the Identification card given to people of Mexican Nationality by their consulate. "Matricula Consular" and if you have no other form of identification to take your biometrics you could use it.

ok well my husband has his 2011, 2012,2013 tax return he is currently been unemployed..but I AM working..as I mentioned I have a cousin who is a green card holder who will also be sponsoring the problem is she only has her 2013 tax return and she gave me her last 2 pay stubs. I have no idea if this is enough to send to immigration..i just don't want to be denied for low income
