My sister and I both got accepted!

Well, a couple of days ago I made a post on getting accept after a little bit of a 2 months wait. My sister just got accepted today (2 days after me).

Both applications arrived at Nebraska on December 2nd of 2013, we both did our biometrics in Mid-Jan (jan 15th-17th, I believe), and both just got accepted this week (a little over 2 months wait)!

My sister is turning 18, I just turned 19. We're both Polish-European, both of our applications were very simple (mainly report cards and passport).


I am so glad that we've been accepted, and I hope everyone else that has been waiting for such a long time gets accepted as well. I offered the extra information because I know many people on like to analyze and see what determines the process, so I tried to provide as much as possible. I would like to thank this community for being so nice and helpful, to everyone! Thanks again! I hope everyone is accepted shortly!

congratulations! i just sent mine out on the 12th to the Dallas lockbox and am hoping I am one of the lucky ones to get approved in 2 months too :P even 3 months is good enough for me!

I still have my original social from when I had legal status years ago. From what I was told, I don't need to apply for a new one and can continue to use the one they originally gave me.

No clue how me or my sister got accepted rather fast. I'm just glad it happened. I guess the Nebraska center has decided to speed up? who knows

Eh, I really don't know then. But, the sucky part now, is that I gotta keep my permit (when I get it, hopefully this week) for 6 months before I can get an actual driver's license .
