financial aid???

so washington state passed the state dream act which allows me to apply for financial aid.

So does this mean I qualify for FAFSA? If not, what kind of financial aid am i eligible for?

I don't think they are calling it a dream act are they? And I think it will be sometime before it actually takes effect, I havent seen any guides on how to apply for it so don't start applying for FAFSA.
