Need help, not sure how to look for an employer that could sponsor me, I am 22 years old and I am grandfathered under §245(i). I have 3 years on experience on the IT field and I have Associates degree, does anyone know of a website or information from jobs that are willing to sponsor people. I am having a really hard looking for a employer to sponsor me.

First you probably would qualify for the EB3 category which is really backlogged right now for all countries. Because of that I doubt any sponsor would like to go through with the process because it is very tedious even when there is no backlog on the visas. You would literally wait many years to finally get permanent residency.

The way for those with education is to earn a MA or PhD degree to be able to be eligible for EB2 or EB1 visas... those categories would theoretically take less time than EB3.

^ Yeah, employers are not interested right now because of the 5 year backlog. Employers might be interested if you had a master's degree in an in demand field.

Join the club, I qualify for an EB-2 which is current, but obviously my MA is more of a handy tool to use as a stepping stone for higher education or if I ever get kicked out of this place, I am going to be one of the most educated people in my country (and persecuted) LOL.

Try getting an MA in IT fields or just go for an RN program, that would be three years and you are guaranteed a employment offers. Heck I would do the RN studies on the side right now if family reunification would take me longer, etc.
