So my dad (or little brother) went and got themselves this trojan on their computer and it's annoying the hell out of me because they think that because i can use the internet i'm some sort of expert. I ran scans on all the anti-virus software we have but it's not working because i'm still getting a new alert every 10 seconds or so. If it's any help, one is detecting the problem as Win/Oneraw.CB and the other is detecting it as Downloader.MisleadApp. Please help.

Download and install this ad-aware
run a full system scan. That should remove it.

If that doesn't work go on safe mode(you do that by pressing F8 when you're PC boots) do a virus scan and run ad-aware full system scan.

What OS are you running?
Vista? XP? Tiger? Leopard?

If Xp (I know nothing of Vista now that Im a Mac fanboy) you would like to take elmexicano's recommendation and download Ad-Aware from download.com
While you're at it also download SPYBOT and get into the habit of doing a routine cleaning every week if you run a Windows OS.

Other software (free-ware) that I would personally recommend would be EWIDO and Clean-Up!

Hope I helped.
If you need further help PM me.

go google avg anti-virus then run a full system scan.

ad-aware is just for spyware, it wont get rid of any trojans. you need an anti-virus software
