Just find out i got approved april 30!!!!!

I stopped checking since tuesday well today i had a bad day my truck broke down and i was upset and sad because i couldn't get help and thinking all the money i would have to pay to get it fixed. I started checking my phone and i said to my self" i wish i would get approved after all this stressful day. So i checked on the app and boom!! It said your status has been changed.. I was nervous but went to the uscis website to comfirm and there it was my i765 saying :

On April 30, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Then i checked my i821d and it says:

Post Decision Activity

On April 30, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.


After all it was 8 months 3 weeks and i had a class c misdemeanor expunged!! God is good!!!!! Im so happy well hopefully i will get it in the mail soon... Btw i only did one e-request a month ago.

What did your last e request say?

Also grants I'm glad people with a wait time of 8+ months are getting approve more.

They just said they had to perform additional checks on my case.
