Did Joe Biden just leak a secret government plan to stop deportations?

It is certainly Biden to be thrown off by a heckler and say something with big implications. As a matter of fact, I actually saw the video yesterday and thought the same thing about how Biden responded.

It's funny how Biden pushes Obama in the most public and underhanded ways in persuading Executive actions. I think that ENDA (unrelated) will move forward with the Obama Administration. But Immigration reform would probably be incremental, working towards a much larger reform towards 2015.

Small steps until a big reveal. Hopefully. He needs to at least know that Congress isn't going to go after him **hint, with a Republican Majority in Both Houses**
