Shopping Mall shooting in Omaha, Nebraska

Most of you have heard the news about the shooting at the shopping mall in Omaha, Nebraska. Evidently, this teenager Robert Hawkins went to the 3rd floor of a busy shopping mall and started firing into the plaza below. Reports indicate that 9 people are dead.

So turns out he was an NATURALLY BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN. So AMERICAN CITIZENS also commit violent crimes. In the past few months, there have been a total of 7 instances of school shootings from junior high schools to colleges. Every one of the identified shooters are AMERICAN CITIZENS.

So f**k you ALIPAC, most illegal immigrants don't commit crimes. The ones that commit crimes are the ones that join gangs and are predisposed to criminal life. Seems your crazy American Citizens don't need to join gangs to commit crimes. You folks don't need a reason other than just being "depressed" or "oh, I have no friends" or my personal favorite "my girlfriend broke up with me".

AS for this shooter I don't care if he was a citizen or not. I don't feel any better because of that. The only thing that pisses me off is that the government that I'm paying taxes to is wasting time and money chasing innocent people while ignoring all the psychos.

I'd wager a guess that more agents are assigned to the cases of illegal kids than to checking the details of a purchase order for 5 machine guns in Arkansas. This is the equivalent of the NYPD taking officers away from crime scenes to enforce the laws that dictate fines for spitting on the sidewalk.

I feel bad for the guy that did the shooting though. I think something was wrong with him. I think he was very depressed. His girlfriend had just broken up with him, he just got fired from his job, and his parents kicked him out of their house. Not that I think it wasn't wrong for him to go out and kill people.

Agreed, just because I am sure there were dozens of warnings that were ignored by those around him and then something like this happens and they finally realize all of the missed opportunities they had to help him.

We need to all be a bit more aware of our surroundings and people in general in our lives. Just because someone isn't bleeding on the outside it doesn't mean they are healthy. I just find it amusing how as a society we go to the dentist yearly for checkups, the doctor yearly for physicals, but when it comes to our mental health yearly checkups suddenly become a no no... "I am not crazy"
