Hi,

So if I understand correctly, I only have to complete, sign and submit three forms to renew:
  • Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
  • Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
  • Form I-765W Worksheet

And then send them to USCIS, right?

I have a few questions though. To start, where do I send them to? Is there an address? Or can I do it online?
My second question is do I need to send any other documents? Or will just the forms do?

Thanks.

Yes, complete all 3 of those forms. Remember to only complete all the sections pertaining to Renewals only in form I-821D.

You download the applications here:

i-821D: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...orm/i-821d.pdf
i-765: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...form/i-765.pdf
i-765ws: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...rm/i-765ws.pdf

Using Adobe software (the program that opens PDF files), you can type in your information. Print it and sign where requested.

You mail the application. Here are the addresses (select the one that corresponds to your state) http://www.uscis.gov/i-821d-addresses

Remember to include a copy of your EAD (front and back), and two passport photos.

Alright, I got a few more questions:

1) On the USCIS envelopes, at the bottom of the documents I received when I was accepted the first time, it says 'Vermont Service Center' along with an address and PO box. They're on my i-821d and i-765 documents too. Is that where I'm suppose to send my renewal? Or should I send it to the one on the site you linked me to? (according to the USCIS site, I have to send it to a chicago lockbox address, not the vermont center, so I'm not sure.)

2) I'm planning on paying via a check. To whom should it be addressed to? 'U.S. Department of Homeland Security'? Or someone else?

Thanks.

1. Send to the address from the link.
2. U.S. Department of Homeland Security

If you have further questions, please read all the instructions here http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...-821dinstr.pdf
