Only reason I asked is because the flight was so much cheaper that date.

Of course you can, problem being you're not getting back in US as you've technically left without Advance Parole.

As long as you leave after it becomes valid and return before it expires you'll be fine. You can be gone for the entire month assuming the AP covers at least that month.

Just out of curiosity - are you using AP to clear an EWI?

They gave me until Sept 14. I plan to go on Aug 4 and come back Aug 25. Now I'm thinking of staying another week until Sept 1 but I'm afraid that the length of the trip will be a factor in letting me back in.
