I made a BIG OOPS. I mailed all of my paperwork on June 30th with a delivery confirmation and return receipt. My EAD expires on October 29th and I forgot to include a copy of my EAD front and back. Panicking here, anyone has an opinion of what i need to do? plan to contact USCIS about this issue and try to avoid any delays.

Did you send a copy of the approval letter? If yes, then you are good.

I didn't include the approval letter. Did call uscis and should expect a reply within 10 days if paperwork is not in good order. Crap

My only fear I dont want to go out of status on my EAD.

Did you put your alien number on the DACA application?

Yes I did

I wouldn't worry. The entire application for renewal is made so that its expedited. I think once they put in your A number and DOB and all that good stuff...their systems will pull up all other info about you. The instructions specifically did not mention anything about sending approval letters or copies of EAD.

you will prolly get an RFE dont worry. next time carefully check and make sure your app is complete. we have excellent resources here. there is a thread where there is a checklist for you.

You will probably get an RFE. Don't stress about it. It is an easy fix, as simple as you photocoping your EAD and sending the RFE back as soon as you get it.
