Hi well I'm a 19 year old who happened to do something stupid. I got charged with receiving stolen goods, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, breaking and entering, larceny all misdemeanor charges. Me and couple friends went car hopping and I took the full blame they escaped. I was wondering if I'll be capable to renew daca and it's my first time being arrested.

If you have more than 3 misdemeanors, you don't qualify.

You should really consult with a lawyer. We are not professionals, obviously. If you cannot afford an attorney, try to look for your nearest immigration rights group. They usually have low cost or free consultations.

Your best bet is lawyer-ing up and fight the charges or try to get rid of some.

Fyi, even if the charges were all on the same day, they still count as separate misdemeanors.

I wish you the best of luck.

you know what's probably going to end up happening? They'll probably let it slide, and he'll continue to receive stolen goods. its tough in the hood man.
