I'm planning on attending FAU this fall and I've emailed admissions last month about HB 851 being passed, and they told me that they have yet to receive information from the state about how the process will work.

Have any of you had any luck which changing your status for florida universities/colleges?

You can get in state tuition with daca there anyways

I've been told by one of the head admissions advisors that they are holding my file till they get the information from the state. Anyone else having luck?

I e-mailed the Florida Board of Governers for Education which it said on the website were in charge of concerns for public state universities, so hopefully I can get a reply soon....

I'm so excited for the first to tell you, I just received an email from the awesome advisor who I've been emailing back and forth with about this matter.....and VOILA
