Hi everyone,

I have been desperate and don't know what to do, I hope maybe someone could give me some help...Below are is my timeline:

Application Sent: 09/07/2012
Delivered: 09/11/2012
Date of Biometrics apt: 10/04/2012

As you can see I applied right in the beginning, and I still haven't received my DACA.
I used to live in MA and moved to FL 10 months ago, at first I applied to the Vermont office, and it was transferred to the Nebraska office around October 2013. On Dec. 23rd, 2013 I changed my address with them and received a letter of confirmation.

It has been 22 months since I applied, and I haven't heard of anyone that has taken this long, I have called them multiple times and all they do is tell me to wait (15 days, 30 days, etc). I have made multiple inquiry reports (last one was on April 29th, 2014) and waited the times they requested (90 days) and still haven't received anything.

What should I do?!? I believe my application was sent it correctly and I qualify for DACA under the requirements. Note: When I submitted the application I had graduated from a credited "online high school" in the state of MA, do you think this was a reason for this hold-up? Ever since then I have gotten my GEB in Florida where I live now in order to attend a community college, but they need at least the Social and Employment Card.

I don't know what to do anymore, this is very frustrating, can anyone give me some light?

Thank you!

Yes, it your online diploma. I wait it that I just got REF last month. I did online diploma it was insufficient. But thankfully I did my GED Back in 2013. So I just my GED and now I'm just waiting for them to response. So I'm still waiting. But don't worry you will get soon.

I've also been waiting since August 31, 2012, originally in Vermont SC and then transferred to Nebraska in August 2013. I applied with an online diploma because I called the USCIS customer service center when they began taking applications and asked if that would be accepted and I was told yes. Apparently that's not the case. I have not received an RFE yet but mailed in my GED which I got last month. Unfortunately, I read yesterday that USCIS is denying these types of cases due to us not being eligible at the time we applied in 2012. It is incredibly infuriating they spent two years making this decision. I think we can at least re-apply which will cost another $400+ and who knows how long to wait. I wish there was a way we could all get together to demand an expedited decision on our new cases after already waiting two years.

When you found out that it was denied did they give you an option to send in more proof such as the GED?
