So I'm at the gym now working out and watching Fox News and th ey have the Hondurian President giving interview to Greta Van Sustren ..you know, that evil woman with the Bells Palsy looking face and the hard name to spell. Anyway, she's asking him why kids are coming here from central America and he in part says the " ambiguous immigration policy" and elaborates that in essence since you guys got DACA, the coyotes tell parents who live in the US that all it takes is for the kids to come here And they believe them. Never mind that they live here and can go to a fucking library and check sites like this one...There you go. Republicans have another weapon against us thanks to El Presidente fro Honduras.

What's ambiguous about having to be here before 2007? They are deliberately doing it and want to blame someone else even if it means throwing all of us under the bus.

Lol, do you think those kids knew about the "being here before 2007"? What if they make it to the USA and then wait 10 years? They would be as deserving of DACA as anyone here ever was.

Of course he is going to blame DACA, what did you expect? That he blame his own corrupt failed government for not being able to provide for his own people?

Honestly, I feel for anyone trying to get in this country right now.

How long would their relief take? 60 years? 100 years? Yikes...

Kids are smarter than you give them credit, but the person sent them either knew or should have known. Maybe asked the neighborhood smart person to google daca...you know, before sending your child across two countries through a desert and rapists.

And what kind of pathetic president sits there and sees his own children leaving his country and does nothing about it?

R1: You give people (in general) too much credit. Even people here in the states still ask if DACA has a pathway to citizenship. Once they get DACA they ask, can I join the military? Let alone look up these answers online. Also, these people probably don't have internet access or know someone who does. Speaking for myself, I didn't even know how to turn on a computer till I moved to the states when I was 13.

R2. Most presidents.

I find that hard to believe. at around 2002, I was talking to some people from "back home" which is a 3rd world country and was surprised when they were telling me about the internet there and when I asked how it was possible to have it there, I was told very angrily "We have electricity there too in case you were wondering". That was 12 years ago and by many standards, the US is lagging way behind in internet adoption compared with the rest of the world.

These people know exactly what they're doing.
