Before I go in to details here's some quick background on me.

  • I've been approved for DACA, sent in my renewal app... still waiting.
  • I'm a visa overstay

So i'm getting married to my fiance who's a US Citizen .. is the I-485 the only form I need to submit?

Nope. You need to submit

I-130
I485
I765
I864
and have a medical exam done

Along with evidence of your good faith marriage.

Good Luck!

TXgirl is correct, but this is not the best forum for that. Head over to immigrate2us.net for better info about your situation and what you need to do.

I think the only application I would leave out is the I-765 if you have DACA already.

But why? You're paying for it anyway and you would have another EAD with a later expiration date for another category.

I recently got married to a USC as well and I'm gathering all the forms needed. I currently have work authorization through DACA so I was wondering if I should still fill out Form I765. Thoughts anyone?
