Renewal Issuees for EAD!!!

Ok so my EAD is expiring the 24th of December 2014. I am trying to send it as soon as possible since there is 4 months prior to expiration requirement. I make a huge mistake of not making copies of the official application when i sent it out. Now i have forgotten what i put down for some of the questions like dates and such...will this be an issue if i just put an estimate??

Dates????????? Meaning what kind of dates??
It depends if there is dates about a new address dont worry about ,, they dont care. But if there is a new date such as date you coming t the country or date you were recently present, then worry about otherwise just chill and wait for the approval.

The best way is for you to request a FOIA from USCIS. They will send you copy's of all that you submitted on your initial request.
