I'm south Korean citizen living in US undocumented. I have been summoned for army duty for my country and in need of going back. I really do not want to and extended my army service long as possible and now they will not allow me to delay it any longer.

If I do go out of Us as undocumented status will I be able to return to Us in 2 years after army service ?

Well no. You're undocumented! A man without documents. No right to be here. Every day you're here without documents is gravy. Even if you had a green card you'd have to come back after some months (I forgot how long). Now if you were from the other Korea (Best Korea), you might have some other options.

Well that's weird. I was able to extend my military service until the age of 35. How old are you? How old were you when you initially extended your military service? If you go back after age of 18.5 years of age, you accrue 10 years ban.

Yes I have daca. Also I tried to extend my military but they said community college alone is not good enough and that I have to be at least enrolled in 4 year university which I am not currently and am not eligible to attend university

Seriously even if you get advance parole ... it wouldn't be for two years. Your choices are slim and if I were you I would enroll in a 4 year college ... but that's just me . Good luck dude

wait....if you guys have left Korea and haven't been back for a long time, how did they contact you about this? I would assume you would have no connection to the country anymore.....

What I've heard, you have until the age of 25 to delay your service. If you don't and if you ever go back to Korea, they will immediately transfer you to the military base from the airport. Luckily for me, I delayed my military (1 time, at age 25) and renewed my passport with 10 years expiration, which puts me to 35. And I believe, the maximum age to go to the military is 35. In other words, I don't have to go to the military. If I do decide to travel with AP in the future, I won't get transferred to the military.

You should visit nearest consulate office and ask the procedure. FYI, I went to the one in L.A.

If you don't intend to ever go back, you don't have to worry about extending your duty.
