I dint want to risk anything so I didnt change my address.( my mom still lives there) When I got approved I totally forgot to change my address. So now I want to change it, but on the online form it has a port of entry. I dont know what to put we came in back in 93 thru tijuana. so i dont know what to put there please some one help. So, on your initial I-821D there was a question that asked for your place of entry. On the new I-821D form they have it listed as "Place of Initial Entry into the United States" (it's on page 3). Look back at your initial I-821D and review what you wrote down for that question because whatever you have listed on there is what your "port of entry" should be listed as. Hopefully that makes sense.

You don't know what you put in your DACA? do you still have copies of your DACA saved?
