is he going to issue work permit to all illegal immigrants or grant green card to dreamers?

Green card? No. work permits for all? No. Something pretty big for a lot of eye-legals? seems possible.

he can't issue green cards unless he found a loophole. and even if he did found a way, he wouldn't do it. DO IT!

there is no loophole at all, the president cannot grant green cards, only congress can. Stop asking if he can

Seriously guys? You think Obama will "grant green cards"??? LMFAO. You would think after years of being undocumented people would have some basic understanding of how this immigration system works. What's this fascination with green cards anyway? I'm happy with my work permit. I'm good if a Democrat remains in office forever.

I know right. You would think we as dreamers would a tad bit more knowledgeable than your typical Joe regarding immigration. Believe or not plenty of dreamers think this daca is dream act.

There is a loophole - sections 328 and 329 of INA. He could pick up a pen, issue an EO, and allow us to enlist, bypassing the requirement to be an LPR to enlist and become US citizens right off the bat (effectively expanding MAVNI). Of course I don't see him doing that, do you?

If he wanted to be a complete dick to the republicans he could make being a reserve qualifying service as well.

I don't know about you guys, but given no other option I'd trade ~6 years of my life for citizenship.
