So I am thinking that the process of actually producing EADs is automated or at least mostly automated once USCIS has ordered production. If it is automated then EAD could very easily be produced 24/7, right? To confirm this thought, has anyone received the "your EAD has been mailed" notification on the weekend, particularly Saturday? EAD created on Saturday could be picked up by on Saturday and processed by USPS the same day. Obviously cards produced on Sunday could not be mailed until Monday.
