November EAD Expirations Group

I am so late. I just sent mine recently on Aug 27... My EAD expires on 11/7/14. You think im too late? or just enough time.

I sent my in august 20. My card expires in 11/11.

Expiring around Nov 25-28 I believe. My biometrics was done on July 28th so I'm pretty sure I submitted my app on time. Will be approved by end of this month I'm hoping.

Hate to say this and make you feel like crap man but that is extremely late! I don't think you will be approved on time. Maybe they will issue an interim EAD. Next time pay attention to the details. USCIS clearly said send your app in 120 days, preferably 150 days before your EAD is set to expire.

I sent mine late as well, but I'm just hoping some of the backlog will clear up slightly to allow for quicker approvals. We'll have to see..

Mine expires Nov 5, sent mine July 7. Exactly 120 days before expiration.

If you go by my signature I think I will be approved somewhere at the end of September, middle of October. So even though I wouldn't condone waiting this long, but there circumstances that probably kept you from doing it (hope procrastination wasn't one). You might just be fine, cutting it close but good.

Mine expires november 12...
I sent mine june 17 about 147 days before expiration, and did my biometrics on the scheduled date july 18... i think i will be approved soon

Well I went by the 100 day letter. I don't have a problem. Where I work at don't care. I worked there for like 2 months before they even asked me for my info.
