Ok well I got a text saying I was approved, but with a different receipt number instead of starting with LIN it started with WAC which is my original receipt from when I first applied. Then I got an email saying my status case was in card/document production, but the document was returned by the post office. I called and the customer rep said to give it a couple of days. Anyone in the similar situation?

Which customer service rep said to give it a few days? USPS or USCIS?
If you have the tracking number you can call USPS and tell them to hold the package. As long as you have an ID and your name matches the envelop you'll be able to pick it up wherever it is.

It was the uscis rep. The thing is it just got approved today so it usually takes a 3 days to a week to receive anything. So I'm confused. I will call again tomorrow.
