October EAD Expiration - Renewal Process

Hi Guys,

I would like to know all the October Renewal process and approvals.

Sent App - Aug. 21 - overnight mail
Received/Reviewed- Aug. 26
Walk-in Bio: Sept. 8th
Approval: Unknown
Expired: Oct. 2nd


What are your timelines?

I sent mine in around the middle of June, got my Bios done on July 18. My EAD expires on 10/17 and i still have not been approved. If you are currently working i feel bad for you because then it does not look like you will get your EAD renewed by Oct 2nd. You filed pretty late.

I've read a few members have gotten approved a week or two after they did their biometrics. I have hope.

Plus, I'm seeing a trend of more approvals for those with closer expiration dates.

I checked my case status and saw that I was approved 9/9 for EAD and 9/10 for DACA. I didn't receive any notifications even though I filled out the g1145 form. My EAD expires 10/07.

my initial EAD expires on 10/11/14 and my renewed EAD will expire on 9/16/16, so I am losing a month? 0.o
