I 797 receipt

Hi I received I 821 approval letter receipt and new renewed work permit but I did not receive the i797 work authorization approval receipt but only the card. Will I get it later?

Wait to see if you get it for a few days, but if you don't, call USCIS. This happened to me the first time I applied.
