Had biometrics done(renewal) 3 weeks ago, input needed.

So I had biometrics done 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet about them receiving biometrics. Should I be worried? Shouldn't I have gotten another notification about USCIS receiving them? Or now I have to wait until I get approved? Mine expires one month from now and I'm worried it's not going to get renewed before October 25th.

You have a very long way to go brah. Sit tight. You're all set. No notification. If you did not send your app at least 120 days before the date your EAD is expiring, I have a feeling it will get delayed.

Okay I have an update. I just received a letter from them about another biometrics appointment for October 3rd. What in the world is going on? Why am I getting another letter if I just went 3 weeks ago?

Looks like it's their mistake. Is the letter the same letter you got before? Very good possibility the people taking your fingerprints messed up. Maybe call and find out?

Yes it's the same letter I received when I went 3 weeks ago. Now I just got a 2nd one saying I have to go on October 3rd. Did they even get my biometrics? I'm confused.

Call them up. It could be too things:
1) A mistake in the computer system that caused them to send out another notice.
2) There was a problem with your fingerprints (ie: not clear enough to do fbi background check); and they need to be redone.

I have an update and I thought it might be important to share it with you guys. I went to the biometrics center and asked them and they told people me that people that went to the biometrics appointment in July and in August, received a duplicate 2nd biometrics letter by mistake. He said there was an error with their system which somehow prompted uscis to send a second letter. He said I should be fine and that they had USCIS had received my biometrics that same day when I went 4 weeks ago. Just thought id let you guys know.
