Hey everyone, do you remember me???

The last time i was here, i told you all that of my plans! ...i know i told u that i would leave the U.S. in the middle of 2008, but i gave it a second thought, and i realized that it was better if i left now, so i can get a job and be familiar by the time classes started. I would like to tell you a little bit about my experience,

So i have been here almost two weeks now. i left the U. S. on november second, of course pretty sad, ...i got to Guatemala and started working on my visa real soon. After that, i bought my plane ticket and i was ready. the interesting part started the moment i stepped out of the plane. i felt like crying. i didnt know what to do, where to go, i have nothing here. i cant really describe what, i felt...it was horrible. I started looking at a map trying to figure out how on earth i would get to my new home, I am living with a guy from nevada. he's kinda crazy, but we get along pretty cool.

anyway, so i ended up getting a cab (which i didnt want to cause, i didnt (dont) have enough money to spend it. finally i got to my new home, it is pretty small but, heck, at least i have a roof.

My main concern was my economic status, i never knew that things here were so damn expensive! so i started looking for a job. i was offered a job at the campus, but i cant work on campus, sisnce it is an american school, i have to have papers from the U. S., which i dont. so i stated looking for a job, i applied to so many plaaces, and i wasnt getting calls from any of the places. but Yesterday, the manager froma bookstore called me! I am so excited, he told me to go today in the morning for the interview, ....AND NOW I HAVE A JOB! The salary isnt very impressive, but at least i am going to be able to buy more things...and my books, cause my bank account is pretty empty now. lol...I wish i could tell you more about my first days here, but i dont want to bore you...i just wanted to let you know that ...i am loving this. . . and if any of you is planning to do this, DO IT! u WONT regret it! there is nothing more pleasent and great than the feeling of being free to do so many things. . . freedom is what we all should have! I am upset that i wasnt free for so long, but it feels good now...soon, ill get my drivers license, i can work, its amazing. i dont really know how to discribe this feeling...its good, uh, i dont know what else to day. I AM FREE!!!!! lol!...ill post some picuters later, and a video...uh, yeah...that is going to be cool!, uh, yeah....please, let me know how u guys doing...how are thing back there? hopefully u are all ok...uh, yeah....ill visit DAP as soon as i can...

best wishes.....and happy hollidays!....
