CSU Mentor help?

I'm getting this when trying to submit an undergraduate transfer application.

This campus currently restricts applications that meet certain conditions. Your application cannot be accepted because:
You cannot select "None of the above" as your citizenship status. Please make a selection among the choices provided.

help!

What state are you in and what are the other options for citizen status?

California

US citizen
Permanent resident
Refugee/asylum
J visa
U visa
Other visa
None of the above

What campus are you applying for? Have you contacted the ab540 support person there?

Cal poly pomona, I contacted admissions and they said choose the one closest to AB 540

I am having the exact same problem with my Cal Poly Pomona application

I called admissions and they told me to select the one closest to AB 540.
I chose "Refugee/Asylum", I think I'm just going to call/or email them and let them know about that and maybe they can do something about it.

Pomona. I applied there and had the same problem. It took months of back and forth between me and admissions to get the application passed through.

I emailed the admissions office, and they told me to email the csu mentor people, which I did. I haven't gotten a response from them yet.
A guy from the transfer center at my school is going to try to help me.

Is driving to the admissions office a bad idea?
I live like 20 mins from cal poly and my dad wants to get some answers.
