Once someone has left the country to mexico, is there a way for them to come back to the U.S? I know someone in this situation as we speak and they're asking for a Green card

You can't come back with DACA unless you have advanced parol

The card does say Not valid for reentry....

Wait... hmmm they are asking for a green card? How does that work out? I am thinking this person is married to a USC and is going to fix their status? If you leave the USA with DACA but not advance parole, you lose DACA.
