Does anyone have this issue?
Application filed & Received 8/4/14, Bio done 9/24/14.
Online case status still cannot be found.

this is common it doesnt mean they suddenly lost your case, their system is buggy

I have the same issues. I got my reciepts and biometrics letter, but it still says that. I guess, I'll have to wait until I get the approval texts and emails.

Ive had the same problem and did my bio but can i call and will an agent have a status update?

they should be able to tell you. only problem is that you won't like what they tell you.

It doesn't matter, it won't show up until they update something else.

It is a bug.

Usually after Biometrics it will update. If not it will update when they ship the card if its your I-765

Same here. It's obvious they are working on the case because they sent the acknowledgement letters and bio letter.
The online case status update is just a courtesy.

Update: my case status is finally showing my case information on both I-821D and I-765. It's on "Initial Review". It's showing my last update was 10/16/2014 on both cases so a officer must be working on my case hope to be approved very soon . I signed up for case update notifications as well.

I'm also able to get my case status now. I noticed that after my biometrics appointment they finally got to go around to updating my case status
