I'm going to open an account from Chase Bank as I needed it for direct deposit from my current employment.

Could someone please tell me what are the requirements? What do I need to bring? And if they ask if I am a citizen, should I say I'm under DACA? Could someone help me for those who have opened their bank accounts using DACA status?

They wont. It's a financial institution - they need your money.
If they ask you are a US citizen, say no and state that you have a work permit. 9 times out of 10 they dont care and if they do, perhaps look into other banks who is smart enough to know there are millions of people without immigration status who need access to a bank account.

Wells Fargo will not allow you to apply for a credit card if you don't show proof of being a US citizen. They will allow you to have one of their secured credit cards though...

I closed all of my accounts there due to this. Even their bank managers weren't aware of this requirement until it popped up in their systems during the application.

Your ID and SS Card is all you need. If asked for citizenship, tell them you have citizenship from your home country.
