What kind of bullshit were you going through? You will have to strongly document that bullshit in your application somehow, I don't even know how because your application is not going anywhere any time soon. Really depends on what the problem was. If it was EXTREME, maybe you would have to reach out to your congressman to make his office intervene. And this is just from my opinion. There is nothing written out there about this. The wait times for just a biometrics appointment is like over a month these days. And if you just slacked and delayed in sending your app, tough luck bro..You're going to have to wait about 3-4 months most likely. In fact USCIS says their goal is 6 months when it comes to deferred action for childhood apps. Good luck.

i went thru a separation, moved out, lost my kid. that kind of emotional bullshit. and part of it was my fault for letting my anger and depression take over me and not being productive.

Sry about that bro. But next time don't delay something so important like this. If you're working right now, you're going to have to notify them. If it's a small place then probably you can work something out with the owner but if its a big company you're going to have to resign because I just don't see your application being renewed on time. Whatever happens, do not continue having them report your income after your EAD expires. You don't want any more problems. But yes for now you need to get that application out asap.

Gosh so many people being paranoid! Yes, they will have to wait around until their new DACA comes in but it's not the end of the world. Good luck with you Tortoise77. Keep your head up!

Must have not been THAT important to you to not spend 2 hours filling out some papers. We all have bullshits to deal with.

Well it obviously all depends on whether you get your new EAD on time or not. Good luck!

If you sent your renewal app before the date stated by USCIS there might be some help but you would have to contact them directly.
