mailing address vs current address. DILEMA

okayy. so I moved to oregon 2 years ago and came back to NJ where I am now but only for a temporary time. I still have my apartment in oregon. I am applying to renew my EAD etc and theres an option for mailing address and the option where to send your application depending on what state you live in. since both and oregon have the same center where would i need to go to get my biometrics? my actual oregon state or in NJ ?

How long are you going to be in New Jersey? I think someone else posted that they had to fly across the country to do their biometrics and their EAD was lost in the mail because he is in the East Coast but used his home address on the West Coast. I think you need to consider that this thing can take 4-6 months. Where are you going to be in 6 months? If you are still in Jersey then I recommend you used that address and explain your situation. You also have to let USCIS know when you move after 10 days of moving and fill the AR 11.

I did fill out the address change form but for some reason I am still getting mail at my old address from uscis. luckly is a house and family lives there. im gonna be here for like 2 months the most
