Not posting the whole article because its pretty long.

But come on, most people would have done what he did. The perverts on To Catch a Predator are real perverts. This was just a regular guy who thought his dream was coming true. Its not like he initiated it or there was a minor involved. Police wasting taxpayer money...This is ridiculous.

Total entrapment if you ask me.

Oh the humanity! We shall rise and come against those people in the government wasting our tax dollars. We have to unite and send a clear message letting them know we will NOT stand for the entrapment of masturbating firefighters in the park!

On second though, I DON'T give a damn...

umm he pulled out his dick in the middle of a PUBLIC park.

If his dream entailed doing it in a park, where children could very well be around the corner, then he deserves what he got... nuff said.

^SO? She was TOPLESS in a public park!

It is absolutely entrapment because the article clearly states she asked him to do it.

BTW, is To Catch a Predator the best show on TV or what? Chris Hansen is one of my favorite people on TV and it may be a tad sadistic to take joy in some pervert getting busted but I get a good laugh out of it. The best ones are the guys who actually watch the show! LOL

Again point being? He could have simply said... no, lets go back to my crib.

He was not forced to yank it out in the middle of a public place. He was only charged with indecent exposure, which is exactly what he did.

Whatever happened to that whole personal responsibility mantra?

That is not right at all. How many guys except me will turn down an offer from a hot topless woman to show them their Mr. Johnson? LOL

Btw, from the pic i saw it looked like there weren't many people around. They were kind of isolated.

Was it wrong of him to do it, yes. I think the punishment was fair - a trivial punishment for a trivial crime.

Was it entrapment? I think so. Why is topless sunbathing legal in the first place? She was already committing public indecency and then asked him to join her. The man was not in the park to commit a crime and only did it after persuasion from the cop.

Officers shouldn't do this because it's too borderline. Given that it was only a fine and probation I don't think it was a big deal but had it been jail time I would've clearly supported an appeal.

This case is very reminiscent of Camus's The Stranger, totally absurd IMHO.

Damn, don't cops have something better to do than go stripping in the park? Shouldn't they get in trouble for that as well, or is top nudity legal there?

Cadman, you always bring the pr0n.
