2 renewel questions

Hey guys, i have two questions for anyone that could help, my expiration is on march 28th 2015, i am raeching the 150 day mark in a few days and i was wondering if i should send on the 150 mark or is the middle between 120 and 150 more optimal? Additionally i had one minor traffic ticket that i already paid a while go, my question is should i include the ticket in the packet, i really rather not, but I am curious on peoples opinion. Thanks in advance.

Send as soon as possible and no don't include the traffic violation

I don't think a traffic ticket will affect your renewal. Send in your renewal asap, its better to give them more time.
