Please help!!!!!. My EAD was supposedly delivered on 10/03 but I never received it in the mail. After talking to USPS and USCIS back and forth and getting no help I know Im going to have to send the form and fee again but my question is.. Can I just send the EAD form or am I going to have to send the whole packet again (DACA Form & EAD)????????

THANKS

Before you spend money you need to investigate this further. You have to speak to USPS again and be absolutely firm about this since it's not your fault! Also I saw in the tracking that there's $100 insurance in these packets.

USPS claims that they aren't responsible for mail they confirm delivered. So we're not even eligible for the $100 insurance. Uscis meanwhile has a policy of assuming delivery in these situations. Even if the packet isn't confirmed delivered they will only resend the EAD if the USPS sends them the found packagem

Im sorry to hear that. Did you have to resend the application and money again? Also would I need to send just the 380 or would i need to send the bios fee again too.

I've also had problems with my parents sending my EAD via mail. Before you start the long and expensive re-filing process, you really need to verify with the USPS (or whichever carrier your mother used) that they don't have your card. It's very rare that they outright lose mail, so check with them one last time. Here's a good starting point: http://blog.stamps.com/2012/05/29/ho...er-or-package/
