So the midterms are basically here.
What do you guys expect. Republican majority ? Massive executive action? Huge disappointment ?
Let's hear it.

Republicans keep the house and win the senate by one or two seats. Obama delays EO until new congress is seated and 'has a chance to pass immigration reform'.

Hard to say. I blame House Republicans for the gridlock, but who knows how people will vote.

I am excited to see the election results.

The senate is a close call.
I do feel like Obama is gonna disappoint. Hopefully he can come through and prove me wrong.

The Republicans have such a high percentage of winning, which is what many people are claiming...over 70%...pretty lame...

Although if it ends up being like a 51 or 52 repube majority, it still may be hard for Republicans to push their agenda.

Remember its not so much that Republicans think they will start passing repube bill after repube bill without fail, each individual constituent has their own people they gotta worry about, all those people that voted them into office who don't want them voting for immigration reform, or minimum wage increases, or tax hikes for the wealthy etc.

So say 4-5 of those repubes who will always vote No, and you have them bouncing around with a meager 45 who will say Yes most of the time...still not over 50, and far away from the more important supermajority 60.

Well the way I see it they still can't override a presidential veto but still sucks that all that would stop them from running the country is just one person. I can't wait for the results.

Don't hold your breath. The results are going to take weeks, if not more time.

Yea there probably will be runoffs that will need to be settled, and those will take a couple of weeks also.
