advance parole quick question

I am trying to apply for Advance Parole to see my sick grandfather as i stated in a previous thread

my questions is

has anyone applied for Advance Parole for the same reasons visiting a sick family member and got approved without sending a doctors note as evidence?

only reason is that my family in Mexico seems to not want to help me out with this the only thing i have is pictures of my grandfather that i have found on social media from family members where he shows signs that he has had a stroke. I also have messages from Facebook where i have asked family members numerous of times to help me.

i just dont know if i will get approved

Basically you want AP with out any strong evidence? The answer is no. Seriously get a doctors note

What's getting me worry is the number of people faking doctors notes that eventually USCIS will make getting AP harder now. Maybe they'll have it where the doctors sends them a fax directly. Lmao nah that would be too much hassle

Or they will make it like the medical records they request for other immigration cases. The records must come from the doctor in a tape sealed and stamped at the seams envelope.
This way they know its legit and there's proof of tampering if any seal is broken or lifted.

It's such an obvious fix that I don't know why they haven't done it yet.

If you love one health is on danger, you should really do dare I say it? Whatever it takes to get a doctors note which would make your approval rate much higher.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a doctors note. It could be hospital documentation detailing the health conditions but again the doctors note could be much easier to obtain like everyone is saying. It's solid evidence. Just make sure you properly explain what you need to your family back home so they can obtain the letter for you. It should be on proper letterhead and signed by the doctorz

i am not cheap. I can not make someone help me in another country money or no money. thanks for your replies

You can't even get the doctors number directly?

Are you sure this your relative... I just find this very hard to believe
