hello there i was approved for daca last year and my renewal is coming up. will be applying for that in the coming weeks. with all this executive action from our president i over heard that they are looking into easing the requierements for ap and i wanted to know if someone who was grated ap can leave the country and try to file a petition wheter it be through school or employer to try to adjust status has anyone heard or tryied doing this. is it possible knowin our "unlawful" presence here

I haven't read any change in AP in both USCIS & DHS & white house websites. I think people are confusing making AP easier by officially not being counted as departure as easier meaning we can leave with out a humanitarian reason.

So if you left the USA even with AP you had the risk of triggering the 3-10 year ban. The new revision says that leaving the USA with AP will no longer be consider departure. Before people were taking risks with AP. The new rules should ease this up and give them more confidence in being allowed back

Beware. The new revision does not say that, YET. They will clarify that soon, hopefully they will say that so people could travel without risk of not being able to come back

Yes, that is correct. All AP as of now until the new official guidelines are still the same.
