Can you apply for DACA if you don't have a job and a full time student?

Will someone get denied for this?

There is no requirement that you have to be working to qualify. To qualify for DACA you must have 1)entered the US before 16th birthday 2)be a current student, high school graduate, or a veteran of the military.

No, you will not get denied for not having a job and being a full time student.

Legally speaking, you should not even be working because of your unlawful status lol.

DACA is there for undocumented people like us so we can work ! That is the whole point of this.

If you need more info about DACA go to the USCIS website.

Honestly, this question was so stupid. =(
