It's totally possible. The message just let's employers know that you must provide them with a work permit.

You can apply for any card, I usually just go for 0 annual fee cards. If you want a discover card referral pm me your name and email. We both get $50 on your first use of the card.

My mistake was to apply for credit cards as soon as I got my ssn without having any credit history so I was obviously denied and I was getting hard inquiries on my credit. One year later I applied for the capital one secured credit card and only had to pay $49 and they approved me for a $200 limit. If you don't have anyone to co sign you for a credit card I would suggest you start out with a secured one.

Yes i heard some people state that not to do it right away because alot got denied due to the lack of credit history. Yes i can get co sign from friends or family which can be a better idea.

Bueno, if you want I recommend the Wells Fargo secured card to start out and in a few months you can get back to me. Or unless you have a significant amount of income already we can try, I'm talking at least over 30k a year.

I started with a wells fargo student credit card, and then moved on to some little stores here and there. Amazon.. got denied by some but aproved by a lot as well. I had just purchased a car as well though, my mom cosigned for me.
