I don't get the whole hype going behind this, from what the announcement said, all they are doing is officially making it that when leaving with AP, its not officially counted as departure. Take in mind, that before, custom could if they wanted, decline you entry to the usa for this since it was up their own discretion, with both DHS and USCIS, saying leaving with AP is not counted as departure, it will make traveling easier and less stressful

Since AP will not be counted as departure, re-entry back into US not to be use to cure EWI status now on??.

Stream - I've heard of it, advance parole for pleasure travel, but I have not been able to find anything related to it on the uscis website. Is it because it has not been applied yet? I only found this http://www.uscis.gov/immigrationaction and this http://www.uscis.gov/i-131

Where did you guys heard that? if both DHS and USCIS haven't announce a plan to revise it for pleasure reasons, you should not be believe whatever news tell you.
