Hello, I know it took me a while to finally send my initial request under the current guidelines. (dont judge on that please. ) and we are less than 20 days for the new guide lines to take effect, so I sent my initial request by UPS second day air on Wednesday 1/28/2015, ups tracking says DELIVERED ON 1/29/2015 (next day, awesome!) today is friday 30th I was hoping today I would get a text, email or something but I didnt. how ever no rush i am a very patient person,.
but i would like to know what some of you think about the dates I sent my packet, by the way i did it my self, i think I did an excellent job, I sent strong evidence and also did a very organized packet using many of the good recomendation from this great forum.. so what do you guys think.? if approved, would I get 2 or 3 years EA, ? ,,, is it possible my request would move faster or slower because of the date the was sent. ? ..... I want to mention on all the evidence I sent I demonstrate I qualify for old DACA guidelines, new DACA guidelines, and also DAPA. would that make my case move faster? and last question, ,.. if everything goes well and I get it all done. would it be OK to apply for ADVANCE PAROLE just after getting DACA, . ? and sorry guys for asking so many questions, just answer what you feel like, thank you!!!!

If you applied now using the old forms you are daca only , I don't think it going to make a difference I'm n time for you , unless you were convicted of a crime . And from other documents released which I don't have the source someone else posted it . Seems like dapa is going somewhere else I guess they will only handle dapa.. don't quote me on that , that's an assumption. Anyway new application should be 4 to 6 months. But who knows !!
