Filed i-765 before DACA

I have done a marriage petition and have filed I-765 before. Due to personal problem, we decided to cancel the petition and our case was obviously rejected because of lack of documents. This time am waiting to apply for the extended daca and realized i need to file i-765 again. there's a question asks whether or not i have applied for employment authorization before, at which uscis office and what are the results (either granted or denied). So my question is what type of documents do i need to attach with? will it be effected my current case if they look up my past case from the system?

Whatever you have. Rejection letter being the best. Otherwise a notice of action would work as well.

Thank you for your advice. I contacted my lawyer and was surprised that our marriage petition case is still pending because they gave us an additional 45 days to submit documents for RFE. Thought we're already done with the case since last year. I don't know should i wait until the case is over so i can receive the rejection letter from them and then start applying for daca later??

Your marriage petition is a totally separate case. One can apply for any immigration benefit with USCIS as long as you are eligible for it.

I had a pending 1-130/I-485/I-485 from USC wife while I applied for DACA at the same time.

I got approved for both I-765s. I currently have two work permits.

Both work permits got approved the same day I kid you not
