this is a separate case challenging the president's immigration actions

Quote:
a u.s. Appeals court in washington said on tuesday it would hear oral arguments on may 4 in a challenge against president barack obama's immigration executive actions.

A federal judge in december threw out a lawsuit brought by joe arpaio, an arizona sheriff who called the sweeping changes unconstitutional. Arpaio appealed the ruling to the u.s. Court of appeals for the district of columbia circuit.

Arpaio's lawsuit said the changes amounted to an amnesty and would encourage more people to cross the border illegally.

The obama administration has been fending off court actions designed to halt immigration actions that would grant relief from deportation for 4.7 million people who are in the united states illegally.

Last week, the u.s. Department of justice requested an emergency stay to put on hold a texas judge's decision that temporarily blocked obama's actions.

The executive orders have also become a flashpoint in congress where house republicans unsuccessfully threatened to withhold funding from the department of homeland security if provisions were not included to block obama's actions.

Dang, too many lawsuits to deal with DACA. Will he go to the same process again with Hanen as what he's about to do with this lawsuit?

Nothing surprising here, Take the health care executive order for example, these hot headed, erratic, extreme brain dead republicans in office have already tried to take down the Affordable Health Care act over a dozen times already and they are still trying....Every attempt have failed miserably so far. This is what they do and they just don't know when to give up, they constantly try to get into pissing contests with the president. Here is an article that explains a lot about what they had planned even before President Obama took office. http://swampland.time.com/2012/08/23...bstruct-obama/

I never gave a crap about politics too much one way or the other but The last six years have brought out the very worse in the republican Party, they have always been douche bags to Minorities, women, undocumented immigrants and the poor people in general but now They are so personally caught up in their hate for president to the point where they are acting completely reckless in the way they go about it. They would jump up and rejoice with glee if a nuclear bomb took out half the country just so they could use it as a political piece to say the president failed to protect the united states. This is the kind of madness we are dealing with.

My understanding is all the Dreamers over 30 are going to get free dozen doughnuts and a kick in the butt as a parting gift if they self deport.
