It's been filed.
Quote:
The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday urged a federal appeals court to stay a Texas judge's preliminary injunction against the Obama administration's immigration policies. Read the government's filing below in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

So Hanen can still reverse his decision on or sometime after March 19th?

The article says that DOJ Lawyers want a decision in 14 days. It says to or move the program forward to states other then 26.

What do you think will happen?

I think now that the Supreme Court has ruled that federal agencies are not required to follow procedures for notifying the public and collecting comment when changing the interpretations of rules, it is likely the injunction will be struck down as this was the basis of Hanen's decision.

Worst case scenario, DAPA/expanded DACA will be allowed to proceed in the states that are not involved in the lawsuit. But, I think it's more likely to be completely upheld or completely struck down.
