Washington State driver license

Hello
Was anyone renewing his WA driver license recently ( last month the best) . I need to change my address and not sure if they will need my bills. I have no SSN and starting process of Dream Act. Why it has to be so complicated . I will be happy to hear from someone with recent DL experience.

It's not complicated. Just call them and ask them.

Called and asked they said no. But my friend went to the office and the wanted all kind of bills.

Mine expires later this year, i'm trying to decide if I should renew....but I'm really not trying to go through all that red tape I went through when I first applied for it.
