Asides from e-filing a request and making an infopass (in person) meeting. Can a likely contact be elevated from a USCIS rep. in the USCIS hotline? I've seen threads in where persons have asked other optional steps for this, but how can we exactly reach one or have our pending cases reviewed by one (asides from the two methods listed above)?
